Josee

Josee

When Josee was young 20 years old her father was diagnosed with colon cancer. She would take him to the Polar Bear Club to get massage therapy treatment. Seeing her father pain free for the first time in months, she knew she wanted to spend her life helping people feel better. A few months after her father's passing, she followed her intuition to which it became a lifelong passion.

With over 25 years of experience, she has become a licensed Masso-Kinesitherapist with mastered specialties in sports massage, deep tissue, myofascial therapy, visceral therapy and cranial therapy. Josee works with a wide range of clients from accomplished athletes to American film actors and producers. Her recognition and reputation is built not only from the quality of her treatment, but also by her collaboration with different therapists, osteopaths, physiotherapists, high performance coaches, and other health professionals. She never loses sight of the importance of offering a balanced treatment that meets her client's needs.

After working non-stop for many years, she took a step back in 2019 to take care of herself.

She is now back and focused on a new approach to her massage therapy. With a new passion for working with scar tissue, she still works on deep tissue massage but with a concentration on calming her client's nervous system.

"When people trust me and allow me to follow my intuition, this is where I do my best work" - Josee
