Bike Fitting

A bike fit is intended to optimize your comfort, efficiency, and performance on the bike. The 1-2 hour long session will include an assessment of the type of riding you do, your goals, any discomfort or injuries you’re dealing with, your mobility and strength as it relates to cycling, and your position on the bike. Based on our findings we will adjust your cleats, seat position, handlebar position, brake hoods, stem position, etc. We want to find an alignment that allows you to use your body in a more efficient way and be the most comfortable possible while riding. Depending on the reason you come in for a fit, we may suggest mobility or strengthening exercises.
